What Will Be Set Up
Your Zoho Inventory account will be fully configured to support multi-warehouse inventory, product catalogs, sales, purchases, and logistics, customized to your operational needs:
Organization Setup
- Company profile setup with logo, address, currency, and regional tax info
- Fiscal year and tax settings (GST/VAT as applicable)
Item & Inventory Management
- Product/service item import for up to 500 SKUs
- Item group creation and categorization
- Reorder point setup and preferred vendor setup
- Batch and serial number tracking (if enabled)
Warehouse Configuration
- Setup of up to 3 warehouses
- Warehouse-wise stock allocation
- Inter-warehouse transfer configuration
Sales & Purchase Workflows
- Sales Order → Invoice → Payment workflows
- Purchase Order → Bill → Payment workflows
- Up to 3 document templates each for sales and purchase workflows
Shipping & Packaging Module
- Carrier configuration (manual or integrated)
- Setup of packing slips and shipping labels
Automation & Customization
- Up to 5 workflow rules (e.g., stock level alerts, sales approvals, purchase automation)
- Custom fields for items, orders, and contacts
Integration with Zoho Suite
- Zoho Books for accounting sync
- Zoho CRM for customer contact sync (basic integration)
Reports & Dashboards
- Up to 5 reports, such as Inventory Valuation, Sales by Item, and Vendor Performance
- Custom dashboard for order pipeline and inventory health metrics
