What Will Be Set Up

Your Zoho People account will be configured to manage employees, attendance, leave, and permissions — all customized to your HR policies and team structures:

Organization & Employee Setup  

  • Configuration of departments, designations, and office locations
  • Import of up to 50 employee records
  • Organizational hierarchy setup

Leave Management  

  • Configuration of up to 3 leave types
  • Leave policy setup for up to 2 employee categories
  • Holiday list setup
  • Basic leave approval workflows

Attendance Management  

  • Attendance settings and shift configuration
  • Enablement of web check-in/check-out
  • IP restriction or geo-location setup (if required)

Employee Self-Service (ESS) Portal  

  • Profile customization
  • Request forms for leave, attendance correction, and basic info updates

Roles & Permissions

  • Role-based access setup for Admin, Manager, and Employee levels
  • Role-based form permissions configuration

Reports & Dashboards  

  • Attendance and leave reports (up to 5)
  • Employee directory and department-wise data visibility
