Your Zoho Projects account will be structured to manage project plans, tasks, issues, timesheets, milestones, and real-time progress tracking:

Project & Task Structure

  • Setup of up to 3 sample projects
  • Task list and task hierarchy configuration
  • Milestones and dependency setup

User Roles & Permissions  

  • Setup of Admin, Manager, and Employee roles
  • Access control configuration for tasks, timesheets, and documents

Templates & Workflows

  • Up to 2 project templates
  • Up to 3 custom workflows for task workflow customization
  • task and issue statuses setup

Time Tracking & Timesheets  

  • Timesheet settings configuration
  • Approval hierarchy setup for timesheets

Custom Views & Fields  

  • Setup of up to 5 custom fields for tasks and issues
  • Custom task views and filters setup

Automation & Notifications  

  • Email, or in-app notification setup

Reports & Dashboards  

  • Setup of key reports including:
    • Gantt chart
    • Task status summary
    • Timesheet overview
  • Project dashboard configuration using Zoho Analytics
